Description: A bill to amend the Economic Stabilization Act of 1970, to stabilize the retail prices of meat for a period of 45 days at the November 1972 retail levels, and to require the President to submit to the Congress a plan for insuring an adequate meat supply for U.S. consumers, reasonable meat prices, and a fair return on invested capital to farmers, food processors, and food retailers.
