Description: A bill to amend the Food Stamp Act of 1964, to insure that the charge to a household for its coupon allotment shall not exceed the level established as of January 1, 1975; to provide that this charge shall in no event exceed 25 percent of the household's income; to guarantee food stamps to recipient's of supplemental security income.
