Description: A bill to amend title XX of the Social Security Act to provide that no State shall be required to administer individual means tests for the provision of education, nutrition, transportation, recreation, socialization, or associated services provided thereunder to groups of low-income individuals aged 60 or older, and to limit the frequency of recertifications of eligibility for services under such title.
