Description: A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide special cost-of-living increases in benefits thereunder based on local differentials in the cost of food and other necessities (over and above the regular annual cost-of-living increases in such benefits which are provided under present law on a national basis) for individuals residing in high cost cities and other high cost areas.
