Description: A bill to amend title VII of the Social Security Act to provide that benefit checks shall be mailed for delivery on the day preceding a Saturday, Sunday, or legal public holiday, and to amend section 3020 of title 38, United States Code, relating to the time of delivery of benefit checks paid under laws administered by the Veterans' Administration.
