Description: A bill to provide that certain cost-of-living and other increased benefits received under title II of the Social Security Act will not be considered as income for purposes of determining eligibility and the amount of benefits of participants in the food stamp program and for purposes of determining eligibility and the amount of benefits of participants in certain programs concerning surplus agricultural commodities.
