Description: A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the President should convey to the Soviet Government the deep concern of the Congress and the American people for the fate of Raoul Wallenberg and that the United States delegation to the Madrid Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe should urge consideration of the case of Raoul Wallenberg at that meeting by the signatories to the Helsinki Final Act.
