Description: A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to waive the one-year limitation on claims for compensation from Veterans' Administration for disabilities and diseases incurred in or aggravated by military service in the case of claims by veterans who served in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam era for compensation for disabilities resulting from exposure to the phenoxy herbicide known as "Agent Orange" or other phenoxy herbicides.
