Description: A bill to extend by five months (through September 1982) the period within which a child over age eighteen must have been already enrolled at the college level in order to qualify (after July 1982) for child's insurance benefits under title II of the Social Security Act as a postsecondary student, and to require that such a child (in order to so qualify) must have graduated from high school by the close of such period.
