Description: A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act and the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to temporarily prohibit termination of coverage in the case of State and local employees and in the case of employees of nonprofit organizations, to provide the Secretary of Health and Human Services with information necessary to evaluate problems caused by such terminations, and for other purposes.
