Description: A bill to amend title XVI of the Social Security Act to increase from 25 dollars to 50 dollars a month the amount of the personal allowance which is presently provided for eligible individuals and eligible spouses who are in medical institutions, with subsequent annual increases in the amount of such allowance to reflect changes in the cost of living.
