Description: A bill to amend the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to allow a worker to be employed in any nonrailroad employment and still qualify for an annuity, subject to current deductions in the tier 1 benefit on account of work and new deductions in the tier 2 benefit if the employment is for his last nonrailroad employer.
