Description: A joint resolution requiring the United States to continue during fiscal year 1988 the existing United States-Soviet Union mutual moratorium on testing antisatellite (ASAT) weapons against objects in space so long as the Soviet Union does the same and urging the President to seek with the Soviet Union a mutual and verifiable treaty placing the strictest possible limitations on the testing, deployment, and use of antisatellite weapons.
